During the Tolling the Boats, also known as the Two Bell Ceremony, each individual submarine is recognized and their fallen crewmen are honored by the dipping of the Boat’s Flag and two rings of a Ship’s Bell.
In the event of inclement weather, this event will be held at the City of Groton Municipal Building, 295 Meridian St. Please visit the Connecticut’sSubmarineCentury Facebook page for updates.
